About Us

Healthy and Holy began in 2021 as a social media page aimed to bring inspiration, hope, and community to an audience of high school and college students navigating life as a Christian in the early stages of adulthood. After a year Healthy and Holy has gained hundreds of followers who tune in for entertaining reels, relatable devotionals, interactive stories, weekly blog posts and more. Healthy and Holy contains content full of faith, fashion, and fitness and encouraging women in what it means to live a healthy and holy life honoring God with our bodies, hearts and minds. At healthy and holy it is our mission to create a community for young women to connect as sisters in Christ to live a life fully for God. We believe we are called to do this by representing our lives well as Christians through the commandments of Christ. He calls us to be holy, just as the Father is holy through treating your body as a holy temple. What better way to do this than through modest fashion, holy habits, and community. We are here to connect you to such a community through multiple different networks of faith, fashion and fitness, and social media marketing. Through passion and love we have built our brand, and we hope through the many ways to connect, you can find community in your pursuit to live healthy and holy! Healthy and Holy has branched out into a podcast and couldn’t be more excited for the future endeavors God has in store!
