Faith Vs. Fortune

I don’t believe in good luck. ⭐️

I don’t believe in good fortune, favor, or wishing upon a star. 💫

But I do believe.

🤍I believe in the providence of our triune God.

🤍I believe in his mercy that never fails us.

🤍I believe in his plan and purpose to redeem and restore our lives from the brokenness of our sin.

🤍I believe that Jesus saves, by His providence alone.

Good luck, good fortune, favor, or wishing has never gotten me anywhere.

But believing and living my life for Christ has.

I could theologically, historically and philosophically prove the case for Christ. But I don’t have time to do that here.

All I’m saying is that so many good things have happened in my lifetime, that no universe or star could create.

If I could leave a mark on this world, or tell you anything during my lifetime, it’s that there is a God. A Big, Great, God who loves you and that Jesus saves. 🤩

So whatever you pray too, whatever you wish for, whatever universe you chase, Im telling you it will never compare to the joy of knowing the Lord.

If you’ve read this, where ever it finds you, I pray you encounter the God of the universe, because I promise you HE LOVES YOU and boy is he good🤍

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Hebrews 12: 1-3
